The Sierra Range C3236G conveyor oven is a single-deck model measuring 723⁄8 inches wide by 53 inches deep by 49 inches high. To maximize output without increasing its footprint in small kitchens, it’s stackable with two other ovens. Because it’s fitted with casters, operators can transport this unit for cleaning or servicing as needed. It’s constructed of stainless steel— a rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that’s simple to clean and highly durable.

Using precise electronic controls, operators can adjust the Sierra Range C3236G conveyor oven’s temperature, conveyor speed, and cook time between 1 and 20 minutes. The direction of the conveyor belt can be reversed to accommodate various kitchen layouts. Powered by natural gas, this unit produces a total output of 120,000 BTUs. It utilizes high-velocity, precision-targeted airflow distribution for fast, uniform cooking and is thermally insulated to preserve heat.
